Are these REAL, FUNCTIONAL KEYS?

Yes, our custom keys can be cut by any key cutter such as a locksmith, hardware store, or home center, and used as a person's actual house key.

What is your ORDER LEAD TIME?

Your order will ship 15 business days after you have approved your artwork proof. Orders ship from our Atlanta, GA facility.

What IMPRINT COLORS are available?

We can imprint any color(s) you desire, including up to a four-color process with a full bleed. We do not match Pantone (PMS) colors, but will get as close as possible to your desired color.

How should I send you my ARTWORK?

If you create a key online your artwork will be submitted with your order. Otherwise you can email your artwork files to artwork@klinky.com. We accept JPEG, PSD, EPS, TIFF, and AI files. We will email you an artwork proof within 24 hours for you to approve. Once the proof has been approved we will begin production of your order.

Can I see a VIRTUAL SAMPLE of what my keys will look like?

Yes. E-mail your PRINT-READY artwork files to artwork@klinky.com. You will receive your virtual sample within 24 hours.

*Artwork sent must be exactly as you wish it to appear on your virtual sample. We do not make any adjustments to your artwork other than resizing it to fit within the imprint area.

Can I order a RANDOM SAMPLE of your keys?

Yes. We offer new customers one free random sample, and additional samples for $2.50ea. Submit an ORDER FORM with your sample request. Random sample orders ship within 24 hours.

Can I order an actual SPEC SAMPLE with my artwork on it?

Yes. Spec samples are $20 each. The order lead time is 5 business days. Submit an ORDER FORM with your sample request and email us your artwork files. *Artwork proofs are not sent for spec sample orders unless specifically requested.

What are the key's weight & dimensions?

100 standard keys weigh 5lbs. 100 bottle-opener keys weigh 7lbs. Standard keys are 1.25" wide x 2.65" tall (keyring not included). Bottle-opener keys are 1.25" wide x 3.5" tall (keyring not included).

How will my order be PACKAGED?

We package 50 keys in a poly bag. Individual packaging options are also available.

What are your PAYMENT TERMS?

New accounts are on a prepay basis (Visa, M/C, or Company check) for the first 3 orders. Accounts approved for credit are billed on Net 30 terms.

What is your OVER/UNDER RUN POLICY?

There is an over/under-run allowance of 5% per order which is billed accordingly on the invoice.

What is your CANCELLATION POLICY?

All work begun after receipt of purchase order and artwork approval will be billed accordingly.

What is your CREDIT/RETURN POLICY?

Returns can be made within 7 days of receiving order.

Can you make SPECIAL KEYWAYS, or CUSTOM SHAPES/MOLDS?
